These recipes have cheese, sour cream, or yogurt in them. For some people who are lactose intolerant even cultured milk products can be a problem.
Some people can tolerate an aged cheese like parmesan but not something young like fresh mozzarella. In my recipes full fat cheeses are used in smaller amounts. I like to use the highest quality cheese to enhance flavor. Because most of the recipes have a small amount of cheese these recipes may or may not be a problem for you, so you will see them identified in the individual recipes as "This recipe contains cheese and some of those who are lactose intolerant may be able to tolerate it."
