1 1/2 cups | papaya chunks |
1/4 cup | non-fat yogurt |
1/4 cup | reduced-fat sour cream |
1/2 cup | papaya juice |
1/4 tsp | salt |
2 Tbsp | cilantro leaves |
2 Tbsp | poppyseeds |
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Chill for at least an hour before serving and overnight is best.
