"So often these days eating Indian food passes for spirituality." -Dan Bern, Songwriter
I had this dish in Greenwich, England at a great curry house called Mogul (it's not hard to find a good Indian restaurant in England). The dish is a great combination of spice, heat, umami flavor and the paneer brings it all together with its creamy flavor.
This recipe is a milder version - think of it as the "one pepper" rating that you see on a menu. Add another 1/4 teaspoon for the two pepper spiciness and more if you like your meals even hotter.
