Can I drink Mother's Apple Cider Vinegar for my Acid Reflux while I am on Coumadin?
There's no evidence that apple cider vinegar will help you in any way. This old wives tale claims to cure everything from high cholesterol to acid reflux to rheumatoid arthritis. It's unlikely to help you in any way.
That said, it is safe (although the vinegar might actually provoke your reflux) and should be safe for anyone including those using Coumadin (warfarin).
Thanks for writing,
