Cooking Techniques

Breading

When breading ingredients, use one hand for the liquid coating and the other hand for the crumbs. I actually find this hard to remember at times (then again, chewing gum and walking at the same time challenges me). Doing it this way keeps your hands from getting all gummed up with bread crumbs.
