There are a lot of varieties of Mac and Cheese made by Annies. The one tested was the most basic. It has that out of a box cheesy Mac and Cheese flavor that is pure Americana. Easy to make. Instead of the skim milk I used 3 Tbsp. 2% milk. Even though it says a box makes 2 1/2 servings, it's best to assume that the box makes two servings. As it cooled it did take on more of the powdered, synthetic cheese flavor.
