I live outside the United States. Can you ship me a copy of The Dr. Gourmet Diet for Coumadin Users?

Unfortunately, no. We are unable to ship printed books outside the United States. We suggest that you order the downloadable version of the book.

Can I order The Dr. Gourmet Diet for Coumadin Users over the phone?

We do not have the ability to process orders by phone. Please place your order online or download our order form to print out and mail to us.

What's the quickest way to get a copy of The Dr. Gourmet Diet for Coumadin Users?

Yes. We are happy to accept your personal check. Simply print out the order form and mail it to us.

Add $5.95 for shipping (flat rate; order as many books as you wish for the same shipping rate) and write us a personal check.

I live in the New Orleans area. Can I come and buy a book in person?

We do not have the ability to process orders at the Dr. Gourmet offices. Please place your order online or download the order form.

How are your books shipped and how fast do they arrive?

Once you place your order, whether online or by mail, we place an order with our printer to ship the book directly to you. The book is shipped within 10-15 working days and arrives up to 5 days later. Books may be shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. We have no control over which shipping option is used.

I haven't received my downloaded book. What should I do?

Please send an email to [email protected] with the confirmation number you received from our store. If you do not have a confirmation number, please verify that you have been billed through your credit card company, then email us with your name and the order date. We will search our records and email you an eBook (PDF document) once we've verified your purchase.

I want to return my book. How do I do that?

All sales from DrGourmet.com are final.
