Fast Food is Pure Evil

December 19, 2005

Fast food, one of the things that makes America that great land of obesity that it is. Today, we are going to attempt a short, written document to better understand and spread understanding of the multibillion fast food corporations.

Like its close cousin on the evolutionary tree, Wal-mart, the point to the entire thing seems to be to prey upon the wallets of humans. They do this by leaving enticing lies such as commercials and magazine ads to fool them into the trap holes known as “restaurants”. The unwitting people follow them to the source.

With promises such as “Cheap, good tasting, fast,” combined with short lunch breaks and little time or patience to cook at home, the restaurants often flourish. Many seem to be under the impression that the food is good or healthy. All right so they have salads, yogurt, diet soda and all that stuff. Wow. If they made it, oh, I don’t know, taste good; maybe I would give you that one. In addition, yes, we are all idiots for buying it. That doesn’t change the fact that a large portion of the menu is crap.

Most meals take a large amount of preparation and with the schedules most are on, they just do not have time for it. But with a quick stop at the Burger King, it has all been taken care of. So go ahead, don’t take the time to take care of your body. It’s just a liver or heart you’re killing.

Now for your pleasure and my entertainment, random Photoshop-ed images that connect in some way or another to the topic from my point of view.
