Introducing eatTHISdiet - Comfort Food Diet

I have to say that I love my job.

Working on eatTHISdiet has been a fantastic experience with my patients and in the last couple of months with visitors to the drgourmet.com Web site.

The response to eatTHISdiet since it was posted for everyone has been huge. I had been working on other projects, but I set them aside to complete eatTHISdiet - Comfort Food Diet.

My mission is to get people to eat great food and eat healthier and my recipes are designed to complete this mission. I feel that introducing people to foods that they may never have tried before is important – especially when they are great tasting and healthy.

So why a plan for Comfort Foods? Because these are recipes that are part of the fabric of our lives and we can eat them and be healthier. Crunchy Oven Fried Chicken, savory Meatball Hoagies, Crab Cakes that make you think of walking on the beach… what more could you ask for?

How about zesty Chile Con Carne, sweet and tangy Barbecue Chicken, real honest to gosh Pepperoni Pizza and everyone’s favorite, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes? The list goes on and on with foods that you know and love. Six weeks of great food that’s great for you.

It is so easy to get started. Everything is done for you. There’s six weeks of menus, six weeks of recipes, six weeks of shopping lists. Every recipe has information you need about equipment and ingredients. The plan guides you through exactly how much you should eat and is tailored just for your goals of eating healthy or losing weight. And best of all it’s free!

Eat well, eat healthy, lose weight, enjoy life!

This is living!
