Any suggestions on food to cook for my husband who suffers from gout, GERD and is on Coumadin? I'm desperate to make him something that tastes good! Thank you for anything you have in the way of recipes.
The Dr. Gourmet site now has an index of recipes that people with GERD may be able to tolerate. This is the link to the general information page and from there you can choose the category of recipe in the index.
Every recipe on my website is labeled for whether it might provoke GERD symptoms and why. There is also information about whether a dish may be a problem for those taking Coumadin. That listing is in the right hand column of the recipe page under the heading Special Diet Information.
I hope that this helps with your meal plans. Tell your friends.
Thanks for writing,
